A Little Back Story
Augustine Blends started from a journey to feel better. Constantly in survival mode the hormonal change gauntlet each month was debilitating.
I would describe it as supercharged severe PMS therefore entering the realm of PMDD and PME.
Following a multi pronged approach including naturopathic
supplements, herbal tea tonics, gut health supplements (pre and probiotics), SSRI's ,mindfulness and essential oils I have managed to get myself on a more even keel.
Now throw in the beginnings of Peri menopause....... and its an absolute delight.
